Needed some extensive work in my kitchen to accommodate a new range that I purchased to replace my 40 year old drop in. Brad responded quickly and I sent a picture of the area I needed reno work done. He was forthcoming on his estimate and more complete than a competitor I was also talking with. We were able to schedule a time to precede the delivery of the new appliance. On that day, Brad called to say he was delayed about an hour. He did arrive as promised and started in on the job. He was well versed in the task and had all the tools needed to complete the job. In addition, he cleaned up the area well. The final cost was very fair and true to his estimates. Called last minute to fix the bathroom sink stopper that was broken. He made time after his long day and squeezed this job because my tenant could not use the sink. He installed a new assembly which he picked up at Home Depot and charged me a very reasonable price. I am definitely going to call him for more handyman projects and you should too.

Brad was initially hired to replace 3 old, damaged doors, including one exterior door in an uneven door frame. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job. He was not hesitant to admit when the uneven door frame gave him big problems to bring in additional help to tackle the issues. Later we again hired him to fix a ceiling fan that he traced to a short in the light switch. Brad has great communication skills, is very efficient, quick, cleans up after himself and gets the job done! Super polite and easy to work with. The jobs he performed were: installing ceiling fans, replacing vanity light kits, towel bars, shower bar, tightening kitchen faucet, re-caulking around a sink, cleaning out a bathroom pea trap, installing new bedroom doors (new handles, hinges, priming and painting) plus a new screen door handle.
