OUR STORY
KOAK Industries was founded in 2014 by Michael H. K. Chang with a simple mission: to build the right way. After years in the industry, Mike saw too many companies cutting corners and prioritizing profit over people—and he set out to change that.
The name KOAK—“King of All Kings”—always represented our commitment to the Lord. Today, KOAK operates as FIXIT Builders, serving clients across both renovation and maintenance needs. With more than two decades of expertise in construction, operations, and project management, Mike leads every job with integrity, skill, and a dedication to quality.
